MicroStrategy bought 480 Bitcoin (BTC) between May 3 and June 28. according to a Form 8-K filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on June 29,
The business intelligence firm spent approximately $10 million in cash to purchase the 480 BTC.
MicroStrategy bought the 480 BTC at an average price of $20,817, inclusive of fees and expenses.
As of June 28, MicroStrategy and its subsidiaries held approximately $129,999, acquired at an average price of $34,664, inclusive of fees and expenses.
