When does the current season of Fortnite end?
The Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 4 end date and time is December 3 at 2AM ET / 11PM PT (December 2, 2023) / 5AM GMT. This is listed on the Battle Pass page currently live in the game. In addition, The Big Bang live event will mark the end of Season OG. Currently, downtime is scheduled for 11:30 PM ET / 8:30PM PT on December 2, 2023, and 4:30AM GMT on December 3, 2023.. It’s worth noting that last season’s timings shifted by a couple of days just before the new one was supposed to arrive, so timings here are subject to change. Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 5 release date
Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 5 will launch on or around December 3, 2023. The thing to remember about new Fortnite seasons and chapters is that there is always a period of downtime after one ends. This down time makes the next season’s exact start time a little tricky to predict as it can range from a couple of hours – as was the case last season – to multiple days, which has happened between chapters before.
Given that Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 5 is very likely to be the final season of Chapter 4 map, we’re in uncharted waters somewhat. Not much info has been given as to how long this new season will last, or what to expect in terms of downtime. What we do know is that on December 3, 2023, Fortnite servers will go down.
What to expect from the next Fortnite season
Epic has yet to reveal anything about Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 5, though this will change in the next couple of weeks. What we do know is that a big event is coming, as per the Tweet below. This is the upcoming The Big Bang event, which features Eminem, and LEGO.
Regardless, expect to jump into a new Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 5 map, complete with a new loot pool, as well as a whole new Battle Pass.
