On Wednesday, California Attorney General Xavier Becerra said that Facebook has refused to comply with its subpoenas to provide more information regarding its investigation into the company’s alleged privacy violations, according to CNBC.
In a press conference scheduled to take place later this afternoon, Becerra will address Facebook’s failure to comply with the subpoenas and ask for the San Francisco County Superior Court to order the company to hand over any documents related to its Cambridge Analytica scandal.
