Practical AI Engagements

Start Small, Prove Value, Then Expand

DTM Consulting scopes each engagement around the workflow, systems, security requirements, and business outcome. These ranges provide a practical starting point before we learn the details of your operation.

Choose the Right Place to Begin

Most clients begin with an assessment or one focused workflow. You receive a defined scope, clear deliverables, and measurable success criteria before implementation begins.

AI Opportunity Assessment

Starting at $1,500

Identify the strongest opportunities before committing to a build.

  • Workflow discovery session
  • Opportunity and feasibility analysis
  • Risk and data-readiness review
  • Prioritized implementation roadmap
  • Rough savings and project estimates

Most Popular Starting Point

Focused AI Pilot

Typically $5,000 to $12,000

Implement one well-defined workflow and measure the operational result.

  • Defined workflow and success criteria
  • Solution design and implementation
  • Integration with existing tools
  • Testing, safeguards, and documentation
  • Launch support and results review

AI Integration and Advisory

Projects from $12,000

Connect multiple workflows or support ongoing AI adoption.

  • Multi-system integration
  • Custom AI applications
  • Monitoring and administrative controls
  • Team enablement and governance
  • Advisory retainers from $2,000 per month

How Pricing Is Determined

Final pricing depends on the number of systems involved, workflow complexity, data quality, security requirements, custom development, and the level of ongoing support. We define those factors before presenting a proposal, so you understand exactly what is included.

When an assessment leads to an implementation within 30 days, DTM Consulting may credit part or all of the assessment fee toward the approved project.

Common Pricing Questions

Do we need to replace our current software?

Usually not. We first look for focused ways to improve or connect the tools your team already uses.

Can we begin with one small workflow?

Yes. A focused pilot is often the best way to prove value, manage risk, and build internal confidence before expanding.

Will we know the total cost before implementation?

Yes. Fixed-scope engagements include defined deliverables, assumptions, and pricing. Material scope changes are discussed and approved before additional work begins.

What happens after launch?

Projects include an agreed launch-support period. Ongoing monitoring, refinement, and advisory support can be added when the workflow requires it.
